Breakfast Fruit Burritos

Bob -

Breakfast Fruit Burritos

2 Ripe Bananas.

Natural Peanut Butter, or other Nut Butter, spread thin.

4 Shredded Apples. Remove core then grate.

6 Whole wheat Tortillas.

Warm oven to 350'F. Take the tortillas and spread nut butter very thin all around, then spread shredded apple all over. Slice bananas in a few rows, so as to be able to roll these up and put on cookie sheet. Put in the oven for 10 minutes, just till warm, not cooked. These are still like eating raw, fresh fruit! Quite Filling, too! Kids Love them!!
