Corn-Oat Waffles

Bob -

Breakfast: Corn-Oat Waffles

3-1/2 c. Oats.

1/2 c. Cornmeal.

4-1/2 c. Water.

2 T. Safflower Oil.

3-1/2 T. Honey or 1/4 c. chopped Dates.

1 T. Alcohol-free Vanilla

1/2 t. Sea Salt

Stir well in bowl and soak overnight or make in blender for immediate consumption. However, let stand in blender for few minutes. Pour in hot waffle iron and bake for 15-20 minutes each.

You can make a fruit topping to put over these or use real maple syrup!
