Dixie Toast

Healthy Breakfasts

Dixie Toast

2 Large ripe Bananas.

1-1/2 c. Water.

1/2 c. Raw Cashews.

1 t. Alcohol-free Vanilla.

1/2 t. Sea Salt.

Blend smooth all ingredients, then pour into bowl.

Dip slices of bread into batter.

Method #1 You may fry them on medium heat. Brown on each side.

Method #2 Broil them on oiled cookie sheet and brown each side.

Method #3 Bake them on oiled cookie sheet for 350'F for 20-30 min. or when golden brown on bottom. Flip and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.

Now top with your favorite toppings:

Applesauce with sprinkled walnuts.

Blueberry sauce or Peach-Pear sauce.

Real Maple syrup.

Eat Plain they are so good!!

Also may freeze these and reheat in a regular toaster!
