Fruit Crisp

Bob -

Fruit Crisp

1 Can crushed Pineapple in its own juice.

1 Frozen bag of fruit, 10 to 12 Oz. size, use your favorite fruit like blueberries, etc.

Optional:

1 qt. fresh fruit in place of the above mixture. Make sure there is little juice with it. Put fruit on bottom of 9x13 pan.

Topping:

4 c. Oats Rolled or Quick

1/4 c. Safflower Oil.

1/2 c. Honey.

1 t. Alcohol-free Vanilla

1/2 t. Sea Salt

Mix Honey into the Oats with Spatula, do not use blender.

Mix these in a bowl and pour over fruit, then bake at 350'F for 30-35 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
