Fruit Smoothie

Fruit Smoothie, a great Healthy Breakfast drink!

To fit in blender; this makes one drink:

1 Large frozen Banana. Freeze only *peeled* and *ripe* Bananas!

1 c. Rice milk, just enough to blend.

A few favorite berries, such as Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries.

There are many variations:

* Use Apple juice instead of rice milk.

* Soy Milk for a thicker, richer shake.

* Tofu Smoothie-use silken style tofu, in the cardboard.

* For a sweeter one, add 2 T. of jam!

* Just use your imagination to suit your taste!!!

Our Favorite is:

2 Frozen Bananas.

2 T. Carob powder.

2 T. Nut Butter.

1 T. Alcohol-free Vanilla

Rice milk to blend, mint flavor optional.

For that extra health kick add Flax seeds, and/or Sunflower seeds, and/or Pumpkin seeds.
