Fruit Pizza

Fruit Pizza:

1 large whole wheat pizza crust, preferably a lightweight one.

3-4 large ripe bananas.

1 can of crushed Pineapple, in its own juice. Drain juice before using.

1/3 c. unsweetened coconut.

Optional: Dried Pineapple.

Preheat oven to 350. Use a pre-baked pizza shell and slice bananas evenly all over the pizza shell.

Spread drained pineapple evenly all over, and sprinkle the coconut over the top.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. When the edges of the Bananas turn brown the pizza is done. When using the dried pineapple, put under the fresh pineapple to absorb moisture. The dried Pineapple makes the pizza a little sweeter!
