Crispy Rice Snacks

Bob -

Crispy Rice Snacks

1 c. Peanut, or Cashew, Butter.

1 c. Rice syrup or Honey.

1 c. Chopped nuts; Optional.

1/4 c carob powder or chips; Optional.

1 T. Alcohol-free Vanilla

1 T. Coriander and Cardamon mix.

4 cups Crispy brown rice cereal.

Mix Peanut Butter, Rice Syrup, nuts, Carob Chips, Vanilla, and spice mix together in a bowl

Add Crispy brown rice cereal and stir gently until the cereal is well coated.

Press into a 7x11 or 9x9 pan. Done! No baking required!
